CARL Problems is an operating-affairs record. It is not a medical device, not a care coordinator, and not a legal filing system. Domain names in this product are requested destinations. Their presence in copy is not proof of registration or deployment.

Persona titles (CARL, GERALD, APB) never grant software permissions. Acknowledgments, agreements, implementations and verified resolutions are separate acts. Administrative closure is not verified resolution.

Optional AI drafting and outbound mail are disabled until separately configured. Manual records, drafts, exports and approvals continue to work without those services.
